This list is certainly not meant to be something you have to do every single day, but rather a list of resources you can pick & choose to work on while at home. This is also separate from the assigned work students will receive for E-learning. Enjoy!

This week and the next few weeks, we will be working on long vowel sounds. This can be challenging for some students. Continue to practice spelling words each day as well as having your student practice reading their spelling words.

Next month, we are going on a field trip to Purdue to see the Prehistoric Sea Creatures show. Parent chaperones are not needed for this trip, but we will welcome chaperones for our field trip to the museum later this year.

We will have a celebration of friendship & kindness on Valentines' Day in our classroom. We are going to start talking about kindness & its importance the next couple of weeks. More information coming later this week!
